    My wife & I regularly attend Donna's Saturday multi gym class at Seacourt.
    These are great fun but result in a good workout. Usually, a different programme each time, designed to provide a mix of cardio/aerobic effort + working different muscle groups. Donna is always most encouraging but ready to correct our techniques - not always done by gym instructors elsewhere.

    This is quite simply the best. Donna really knows her stuff, is a whip cracker and puts you through a tough session. Work as hard as you like. I look forward to Donna’s class every week. Highly recommended 👌
